Visual Information Manager is a strong, secure and flexible self-contained graphical database tool. In contrast to other database programs, VIM lets you completely design your data layout to be suitable for multitude of uses.

Visual Information Manager (VIM) allows you to store your valuable personal or business information in portable secure databases. VIM is perfectly suited for storing asset information for Insurance purposes, Networking information together with your network layout, Human resources management with graphically depicted reporting relationships, data about small business customers, Real estate management, and other business applications.

Photos, PDFs, Spreadsheets, Web Links, Dates and Unformatted text can be easily entered into and quickly retrieved from VIM. The design capability of VIM makes it easy to lay out and describe your data.

The drag-and-drop configuration of the program makes data entry very fast. The retrieval of data can be accomplished by simply dragging discrete fields or entire documents to their destinations.

Your VIM data objects can be looked at individually, or in tables grouping the same kind of data. Grouped miscellaneous data can be exported to spreadsheets, HTML (instant web page table), XML, or text.
VIM databases can be easily stored with password protection to make them easily and securely transportable.

VIM uses embedded database which does not require any special computer configuration; it runs "out of the box" just like any simple application.
VIM's databases are single files that can be stored away on any archival media (CD, DVD, tape) or USB drives.
